Dr. Dragone has called Lincoln and Lincoln County home for over 20 years. For much of his life, thanks in part to a father who had a career in the US Air Force, he lived in or visited a number of other states and foreign countries.

Dr. Dragone is a Cum Laude graduate of Kansas State University where he was a varsity letterman in wrestling. He graduated from Oklahoma State University’s Center for Health Sciences medical school with high honors, and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Hillcrest Health Center in Oklahoma City.

Abbie is a Lincoln County native who graduated from Lincoln High School in 2003.  She attended Kansas State University and the Baker University School of Nursing.  She graduated with honors from Baker in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.  Working as a registered nurse, she specialized in critical care.

In 2007 she enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Fort Hays State University.  She graduated with honors from FHSU in May of 2010 with her master’s degree in nursing and is now licensed as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse specializing in family medicine.

She enjoys caring for patients across the age spectrum.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

AndreaRinaldoAndrea L. Rinaldo, APRN-C

Andrea and her husband farm in the Tipton – Hunter area of Mitchell County. Originally from the horse country of Kentucky, Andrea came to Kansas by way of Florida. She obtained her master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida.

She has 30 years of experience both as a registered nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked extensively in primary care. She also has experience in the hospital setting in both acute care and the emergency room.

Andrea enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her extended family when she is not working.

Board Certification: American Association of Nurse Practitioners/Kansas State Board of Nursing

Kim was born and raised in Nebraska and resides in Wichita, KS. She started her healthcare career as a volunteer EMT in Clearwater, Ks. In 2003, she became a paramedic and began working for Sedgwick County EMS where she worked for 9 years. During that time, she received her Associates in Nursing from Hutchinson, Ks, completing her Bachelor’s of Science in 2011 at Chamberlin College of Nursing. While working as a registered nurse, she continued to work in emergency medicine in the ER.

In 2011, she enrolled and attended Fort Hays State University where she received her Masters of Nursing/FNP. She is still active in EMS education and continues to hold her paramedic certification.

She enjoys the many challenges of taking care of patients and their families in their time of need. In her free time, she loves spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, and traveling.
